Just a small note to tell you my experience shopping with you today. I live in the Tampa Bay area with family in Livingston. I needed to acquire a service manual for a dirt bike my son has so he and my father can fix it when we arrive next Wednesday. The parts personnel did the job with no problem and the two ladies up front took EXCELLENT care of the transaction. Thank you.
Furthermore, I would like point out that although your new hire was in training on the credit card machine (we all have to have some kind of training!) her phone etiquette and promptness in getting the customer information and to the right department was great. The phone is one of the first impressions a customer can have on the business and she did a great job. If this service manual can't get this bike running I will not hesitate to come in and do business with you and your staff for a new bike. Thank you for your time and have a great summer!

"Today, we left Big Timber, MT for Bozeman for new tires and periodic maintenance. I selected Team Bozeman for this job weeks ago after researching on line. When the tires, which had to be special ordered, arrived at the dealership, they called me to confirm their arrival. Then, this morning, I called them from Big Timber to make sure they knew I was coming. When I arrived about 10:30AM, they had a service bay open for me and took me right in.
They had me out the door in about two hours and made sure everything was OK before I rolled again. (Did Maintenance while engine was still cooling down)
The staff and physical layout of their showroom is the best I have ever experienced. If I need anything done during my return trip, I'll make a point of calling them first......""

"Outa Sight, Outta Mind? What have you done for me lately? Yeah, it looks like I'm that kind of guy. But its sure 'nuff time and past time that I send this note to say Thanks for the great assists this past July.
Judd, Eric, Erika, Steve and all your other employees were so kind in coming to the assistance of a broken down passer-thru and is not forgotten nor will it be.
You will be pleased to know, after your first rate service, I had nary a snarl & my Road Star truely shown during the next 7000 miles of my journey. Know to, that after getting back home, my machine went into the local shop and two weeks later, emerged in like-new condition. From tires to tubes & the carb heater you so graciously arranged to send me. I am now again ready - drop of the hat ready - to ride anywhere, anytime.
So thanks again. Folks like those at your shop are truely the very BEST!

"I purchased a Kawasaki Vulcan. It was a great bike. Only a few days after purchasing it, I was hit and the bike had nearly $10,000.00 in damages. It was taken to Team Bozeman. New replacement parts were ordered, and my bike was promptly repaired. I even bought a custom painted body. I love my bike, and the manner in which I was treated at Team Bozeman Motorsports.
The service department is worth their weight in gold!"
